About Us

Welcome to Today's PA Conference

Launched in 2015, the Today’s PA Conference is an annual two-day event held in August at a prestigious Central London venue. It gathers together the assistant community from across the UK and the world, and offers high quality educational content as well as outstanding networking opportunities. The Conference attracts over a hundred Personal Assistants, Executive Assistants, and other office professionals each year.

The event is organised by Today's PA which was named “Best PA Training Provider in the UK” five years running, having been voted for by thousands of PAs in the pa-assist.com Members’ Voice Awards in 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018.

Since the company was founded in 2005, Today’s PA has always been focusing on providing highly practical training for PAs, EAs and other office professionals. Being Assertive and Dealing with Difficult People

The first day of the conference is dedicated to assertiveness. This multi award-winning course will build your self-esteem and sense of self-worth so you begin to see yourself as not just the assistant to an important person but as an extension of their management style and vision.

We will help you acquire the confidence to become the assistant your manager needs. As a result, you’ll feel much more comfortable in your role, making decisions, dealing with clients, and asking colleagues to carry out those tasks that advance the objectives of the organisation. We also make sure you appreciate your own true worth – not just to your manager and yourself, but to the whole organisation.

Empowering PA Excellence

Personal Assistants in modern organisations engage with their roles and responsibilities aiming to produce good work with speed and accuracy. But in some companies PAs can struggle to understand the objectives of the business and what is expected of employees. This creates a gap between executives and PAs, and as a result, neither the organisation nor the PA are able to maximise their potential.
